Refund Policy

I  do not accept returns for buyers remorse, especially on custom orders. If there is an issue with your jewelry, please contact me and we can see if we can work something out.

 

What I mean by this statement is that I am a one man operation. I am not a large manufacturer with unlimited overhead. I am a jeweler by trade, this is my full-time job. I want my jewelry to be purchased and worn, not bought on a whim and returned.

 

Again, if you truly have an issue with your purchase please contact me directly either through this website or via the contact information on the business card provided with your jewelry.

I do not offer or accept any returns of custom orders for any reason.

Items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days from date of purchase. Please contact me if you have any issues with your jewelry, including ring resizing. I offer one free resizing per ring. I do not guarantee against normal wear and tear or wearer fault, i.e.; wearing jewelry while showering, swimming, mixing concrete etc.
